Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after processing, depending on your location, carrier availability, and possible customs or local delivery delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Mexico. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination, and final shipping options will be confirmed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Order page.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking information may take a few days to update after your order ships. This is normal, especially while the package is being processed by the carrier or moving between fulfillment and delivery partners.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
How do I start a return?

Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Each product page includes size details when available. We recommend measuring your pet carefully and comparing the measurements with the product size chart before ordering.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizing, and small design details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing differences, or product updates.
